I wanted to take a moment to thank you so much for your assistance in the very difficult time to choose the headstone and plaque for my mother Anna P. Heffron. Your caring and attention to detail were far and away greater than we had ever expected when my sister Debbie Williams and I first came to you. We cannot thank you enough for all you have done to help us through this very difficult process. You and everyone associated with Methuen Memorials are to be commended for the compassion you showed us. I’m sure everyone that comes to you in their difficult time will also experience what special people you all are.
